As the sun crosses the celestial equator and day and night meet in perfect balance, we arrive at the Autumn Equinox—a powerful turning point in the Wheel of the Year. This sacred pause invites us to reflect on the harvest of our inner and outer lives, honor the beauty of what has come to fruition, and gently begin the process of release as we prepare to turn inward for the months ahead.
Set on 20 acres of tranquil, sacred land, in a beautiful cozy home, this ceremonial afternoon offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and align with the deeper rhythms of nature, community, and self.
What to Expect
Arrival & Herbal Tea Gathering
Begin the afternoon with warm tea and light seasonal snacks as you settle into the peaceful energy of the land and find your space within the circle.
Opening Ceremony & Energy Clearing
We’ll gather in sacred space to honor the Four Directions and the Equinox energies of balance, gratitude, and surrender. A short sage and sound ritual will help clear and ground our energy for the journey ahead.
Movement & Meditation
Experience a gentle moving meditation or kriya designed to balance body and mind, followed by a guided meditation to connect with your inner wisdom and the seasonal shift.
Nourishing Meal
Share a wholesome, homemade seasonal meal with your community. Enjoy connection, reflection, and the sacred act of nourishment in harmony with the earth.
Sacred Circle & Journaling Ritual
Return to our circle for guided reflection on your personal harvest. Through journaling and heart-centered discussion, you’ll be invited to identify what you’re grateful for, what you're ready to release, and what balance looks like for you moving forward.
Fire Ceremony
We will close the gathering with a beautiful fire ritual outdoors—offering our written releases to the flames and speaking our gratitude and intentions aloud to be carried on the smoke. This symbolic act honors the changing light and empowers the soul’s path forward.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, pillow, and journal
Water bottle and layers for changing temperatures
An open heart, ready to receive and release
